DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES/PROJECT:

Architectural Services consisted of preparation of master site plan documents and design documents, working with selected contractor for budget control, preparation of final construction documents and provide weekly contract administration services.

PROJECT DATA:

A 27,707 square foot, 2-story Sanctuary Building. The first floor consisting of 21,861 square feet with 1,012 seats and includes a Sacristy, large Narthex, two Nurseries, a Kitchen, Parlor/Bride's Room, an Office and North and South Suites. The balcony level comprises 5,846 square feet with 399 additional seats.
