DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES/PROJECT:

Architectural Services consisted of reviewing the Owner’s original master plan, preparing revised master plan documents, design documents and working with the selected contractor for budget control. Services also included preparation of final construction documents for 22,500 square foot administration/religious education facility and conducting weekly construction administration services.

DATE(S) OF COMPLETION:

The project was completed in phases as follows: Part “A” in July 1994; Part “B” in August 1994; Part “C” in October 1994; Part “D” in December 1994; Part “E” in July 1995.
