DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES/PROJECT:
Project designed in conjunction with Danze and Blood Architects. Danze and Blood performed schematic design and partial design development. Spencer Godfrey Architects are “Architect of Record”.
Project consists of site master planning for current and future development, schematic design, construction documents and weekly contract administration services.
DATE(S) OF COMPLETION:
Sitework construction completed in early 1999. Parish Hall construction completed March 1999. Sanctuary construction began June 1999 and was scheduled to complete May 2000, until a devastating fire in April 2000. Project was re-started in October 2000 and completed in August 2001.
