Spencer Godfrey Architects inc. provides a full spectrum of services normally associated with the architectural profession. These include initial programming, site master planning, schematic design, design development, construction documents, bid negotiations/interpretations, and construction administration/observation.

In addition, the two partners have previously provided land evaluation services prior to purchase, market feasibility analysis, and forensic investigations of building system failures.

Both Partners are also licensed as interior designers and therefore are able to provide these services when desired by the Client.
